Bring the whole family, dog included. Forest Harbour Lake House welcomes up to two dogs, with a deep lawn running down to the water, quiet roads for walks and trails close by.

Room to run

The wooded lot runs 300 feet from the house to the shoreline, so there's plenty of space for fetch on the lawn and a swim off the beach. Two public beaches and the paved Tay Shore Trail are a short walk or drive away.

Simple dog rules

The dog fee is $100 per dog, per stay, which covers the extra cleaning time. Dogs aren't left alone in the house, stay off beds and furniture, and are cleaned up after. That's it.

Everything else at the house

Three bedrooms and three bathrooms for up to seven people, a hot tub open all year, a stone fire pit, a kayak, a paddleboard and a fishing boat you can rent.
