Mount St. Louis Moonstone is one of Ontario's largest ski hills and is about 10 minutes from the house. Horseshoe Valley is about 25 minutes away for more skiing, snow tubing and snowshoeing.

Snowmobiles and ice fishing

Snowmobile trails are a few kilometres from the house, with room in the driveway for trailers. Once the bay freezes, perch, pike and walleye can be caught through the ice. Always check ice conditions before heading out.
